Above: Upon entering the Ampersand Hotel Lobby, a guest is greeted by a long oriental runner that guides them from the street to the check in reception desk and a small waiting area. A moody, intimate atmosphere is created with dark painted ceilings and brick. A window ledge bar provides touch down seating and extends the lobby’s waiting area.
Above: A closer look at the casual seating areas on the other side of the hotel’s lobby, large leather sofas give the space character and provide durability. Drop down pendants and repeated rugs help define each seating space and create a cozy setting.
